Amplify Lens - Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose of the Service

Amplify Lens provides business credibility, verification and risk-assessment reports based on information supplied by the user and information obtained from permitted third-party, public and commercial data sources.

2. Accuracy of Information

The user confirms that information submitted to Amplify Lens is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized to provide such information for verification and assessment purposes.

3. Consent to Verification

By submitting an assessment request, the user authorizes Amplify Lens to obtain, process, compare and analyse information from relevant verification, regulatory, public-record, legal, financial and other permitted data sources.

4. Third-Party Information

Certain information contained in an Amplify Lens report may be supplied by third-party data providers, government databases, public records or other external sources. Amplify Lens does not control the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of such external information.

5. Nature of the Report

The Amplify Lens report is an information and risk-assessment tool. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, lending or professional advice and should not be treated as a guarantee of the subject entity’s performance, solvency, conduct or future behaviour.

6. Decision Responsibility

Any commercial, credit, procurement, lending or business decision taken using an Amplify Lens report remains solely the responsibility of the user. Amplify Lens does not make the final commercial decision on behalf of the user.

7. Report Limitations

Assessment conclusions are limited to the information reasonably available and successfully retrieved at the time of processing. Missing, delayed, incomplete or unavailable source information may affect the scope of the report.

8. Legal and Court Records

The presence of a court case, proceeding or legal record does not by itself establish wrongdoing, liability, default, conviction or adverse conduct. Users should independently evaluate relevant legal proceedings where necessary.

9. Report Availability

After successful payment, the assessment will be reviewed by the Amplify Lens team. The final report is ordinarily shared through a secure link within 3 to 5 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and configured public holidays are excluded.

Availability depends on source-system responses, the information supplied and completion of the internal review. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer.

10. Payments

Fees displayed at the time of purchase are payable before submission of a paid assessment unless otherwise agreed.

Payment confirms entitlement to the purchased assessment/report quantity but does not guarantee that every external data source will contain information relating to the subject.

11. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing, fees for an assessment that has already entered processing may be non-refundable because third-party verification and processing costs may already have been incurred.

12. Permitted Use

Reports are intended for legitimate business evaluation and internal decision-making purposes.

Users must not misuse reports, unlawfully distribute personal information, or use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

13. Confidentiality and Data Handling

Amplify Lens will process assessment information in accordance with its applicable privacy and data-handling practices.

Users are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to submit any personal or business information included in an assessment request.

14. No Warranty

While reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and useful assessments, Amplify Lens does not warrant that every report will be error-free, complete, current or suitable for every commercial decision.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amplify Lens is not responsible for losses arising solely from business decisions taken based on the report, third-party data errors, unavailable source information or events occurring after the report date.

16. Changes to Terms

Amplify Lens may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version accepted at the time of assessment submission must be recorded against that assessment.

17. Acceptance

By selecting the Terms & Conditions checkbox and submitting an assessment, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
